Not Satisfied with consultation

Booked our car at BMW Clearwater on the 27 January a 16:21 and confirmation date was Friday 30th Jan 2015 3dYs later when I brought the car in I was told no booming was done I had to wait and time was waisted until finally they booked the car in at about 7:30, 11:12 an sms was sent to say a technician has been allocated to the car. 14:29 I received a call saying the car has just went in for service and it will be done by 17:30 latest which I indicated that at around that time i need to fetch my child from school and suggested I'll take a taxi they can pick me up from home which is nearer. Not realizing that it was Mnth end and the public transport question at Bree Street JHB CBD are crazy which is normal apparently on Mnth end but because I do not use public transport I didn't know. 15:53 I phoned in and a lady indicated that they will call me back, 2min later they indeed call and I asked them to rather fetch me then and not at 17:30 then since I'm struggling with public transport but I was told \sorry mam' there is nothing we can do". Will pick you up at home as indicated since its nearer to us? I'm so disappointed that we pay a lot of money for the cars but not good service."""
