NOT HAPPY!

I bought a brand new BMW x3..... 7 months ago......already the black plastic covering for I think the tow bar at the back of the car has fallen off. This happened with my X1 too twice. I have been driving BMW for over 30yrs now......and cannot believe that in the last few years they have become so badly built. I purchased the car in Somerset West but live in Llandudno which is an hour's drive away. I have been calling BMW claremont and Somerset West and no manager ever gets back to me regarding if I can get this brand new car sorted out anywhere in Cape Town or if I have to drive all the way out to Somerset West all the time. There is a strange noise at the back of the car going uphill as well.......and I need to go to a BMW garage asap. Please can someone get back to me on the guarantee of my car, meaning can I take it into any BMW garage, to get them to replace the plastic cover and get the noise sorted out.
