Not Genuine
<p>My car was due for a service at 100 000 km...but unfortunately I went over 100 000 km by just over 100km more ...when I called bmw they refused to assist me and said they cannot take it in...I was a bit disappointed as I thought I had a grace period but they said they cannot help me...</p> <p>Anyway after a day I get a call from bmw clubmotors to find if everything was ok after they serviced it...I am quite surprised as I didn't go in neither I signed any papers after the service </p> <p>This is really a joke as they not even aware of what the initial problem was but just call to ask if I was happy with the service.</p> <p>They really don't care much about the service they give but just probably want to give in statistic about a happy client. </p> <p>Today nobody is genuine. And besides this their records show my car is due in 11000 km ...what a lie...</p> <p>
