not delivering service on time

I took my 330i BMW to alberante BMW for replacement of xhenon lights and 1 bolt to be replaced on tuesday the 21st april 2015 and they called me on the very same day that my car will be ready after 2 days which was supposed to be on thursday but that waz not the case. I called them on friday asking how far are they and they said they will get back to me they have to do some scanning or something of that sort required by BMW south africa and they recieved the lights. I took it upon my self to advance them because I thought it wont take time to finish.<br> upon my arrival there, they havnt finished the car round about 16h00 and they told me that I wil receive my car on tuesday and without offering me a courtesy car since I have only that car and its a long weekend and promised to take my family to haartebeesport dam for an outing but now I had to disappoint them and cancel. I mean, I believe if one says 2days, it must be 2days because we plan as human beings. Now im gona be indoors because im transportless. what a pitty for me and specially my family.
