None Disclosure of History of car !

After I bought parts and fixed my BMW 323i series sports pack 2012 model at For****s Tyger Valley which BMW Specs Approved -I traded it for R180K which I used as a deposit for a new BMW 135i convertible 2011 model @ there branch. The For****s manager called me & told me they gave me too much and I advised him to take it up with sales. I then had endless issues with this car like: replacing the lock barrel, rooftop repair and many more it was covered in my Motor Plan BUT this left me stranded, spending extra on car hires and I loss of business. Recently paint started to peel, I found out that this BMW 135i convertible 2011 model was in an accident before. For****s knew about it But withheld the car History from me. I waiting long & met with the Manager. <br> I gave him all the information & of the non-disclosure of the accident & proof. He then accused me of lying about the accident with the old car. I pointed out the history thereof on their system & this matter was then sent to the BMW Group SA who arranged a call from For****s to honour their agreement. but I haven't heard from them yet! <br> Truly disappointed in which this matter is being dealt with. AND STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK
