NON DELIVERY of WHEEL NUT KEY

I ordered a part a BMW Joburg City Auto in Newtown .

it was ordered on the 03/05/2019, i ordered the Wheel Lock Nut key and i was told that it will take 4 to five days, and today is the 15/05/2019 i called them on this no ********** 900 and i was told that the my order is not there yet,

Maybe i am failing to understand the 4 to 5 days turn around time that i was given, because even when i called today i was told that it was supposed to take 4 to 5 days for the part to be delivered.

This is so bad from a reputable company like BMW, it seems like it is just another over rated company that cannot deliver on there promise that they make to customers.
