No support from BMW SA

I raised a concern with BMW SA on the 3rd of April regarding one of their dealerships. Since then I have received minimal support from them in dealing with Sovereign BMW Vereenigning. I received some wishy washy responses not in any way resolving my problem. I tried phoning several times in an attempt to escalate the matter but they refuse to allow me to speak to a manager. It is almost 2 weeks now and I am still driving with an unsafe vehicle. I very clearly requested, not necessarily for them to arrange to have the problem fixed, that they provide me with a official written statement on their stance regarding my situation. I phoned again today and the same old story. No manager available and the person dealing with the case is "Busy". I find it insulting how I am being treated. And I iterate, all the while I am driving an unsafe vehicle.
