NO GO DEALERSHIP - JOBURG CITY!

Our JCW has been in & out of that dealership. I have sent an separate email to BMW thanking Herculaas for his exceptional service in assisting us during that very difficult time. In a nutshell, there's a culture of lying and speaking to customers in an unbecoming manner. I phoned to follow up on the delivery of parts when the car was there, asked to speak to Clifton and when I expressed my dismay at the delivery date he blatantly said to me 'Aaaaai, don't pretend to act surprised'. Needless to say, he got a mouthful from me and promised me an apology gift which I'm still waiting for. Another instance, I was promised a courtesy car, on the day I was supposed to fetch it he was told it wouldn't be given to me. Obviously he got the brunt of my anger and disgust of the situation but whose fault was it really...MANAGEMENT! I also had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an unprofessional person called Theo who outright told me he could get me a courtesy car if I was willing to PAY!!!!! PAY FOR WHAT WHEN I'M ALREADY PAYING FOR A CAR WITH MECHANICAL DEFECTS! THIS TOOK THE CUP...pompous behaviour, clearly a sign of lack of consequence management at that dealership.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
