No Feedback! Poor service!

BMW please assign my case to someone else! I have called Dudu Khumalo three times today and all I get is "She is busy and will call you back" . I have opened a case on Wednesday the 13th of March and have never received any feedback!! Now the courtesy car will be collected tomorrow and yet I still don't have my car let alone know what's happening! I am frustrated by this lady's poor service!!
