No feedback

I took my car in for service to Lydnhurst auto on Monday 18/10. When the car came back it had a funny noise by the driver's door. Now the engine is sounding like a truck.<br> <br> I have been calling all day to get assistance with no success. First Lydhurst auto tells me they cannot help because they are closing down . I tried calling Sandton auto, Auto Bavaria each time all service people are busy and they will call me back.<br> I have never received such poor service from BMW
