No customer service

BMW South Africa has no customer service, I am deeply disappointed. The closest dealership to me was unable to assist me with lodging a claim for my BMW 1 series that's paint is peeling off on rear left side of the bumper. Worst still is that they are also unaware of the procedure followed on how to lodge a claim.
