No Client Respect

Traded a BMW in on the 3 May 2019 to Sovereign BMW for a new BMW, but almost a year later, the vehicle is still on my name, receiving traffic fines etc. Have requested that this be corrected, but requests are ignored. Total zero respect for their clients and downright unprofessional.
