No care attitude

on the 17th of August 2015 I called BMW on call advising them of the problems on my vehicle, they advised they will arrange for vehicle to be towed, vehicle was towed same day and I was advised I would be contacted on progress of vehicle as it would be taken to Alberante BMW, got no call till I called at COB today, spoke to BMW Alberante and spoke to a gentlemen called Marlin, he advised he had no record of my vehicle being booked in, he advised he would check his ba*****t and revert. I the called BMW on call trying find some info as we were not asked to sign any docs on collection, the gentlemen Sai Naidoo was very abrupt on the call and basically told me it is not his problem I must take his up with the dealer, I advised him we contacted them to collect not BMW Alberante, he then asked me what do I want him to do, I then told him I did not appreciate his attitude as my car could be ****** and we got this guy that is not even interested, I till him I was going to report him and he advised I can speak to his superior, the most worrying thing is that even BMW Alberante had any docs of my vehicle and would not even have known if I did not call
