No accountability from BMW SA

I purchased a car from BMW Kunene brothers in May. The car had no spear key, I had to drive up and down the get the key. The Key was never programmed to be used on the car I bought. The tinted windows film is coming off and the magnesium that adjust the headrest is broken as well. I called bmw SA and their response was \we are an independent and separate legal entity from any dealership we only import and distribute the vehicles only and will not be able to take accountability for the dealerships as they are not owned by BMW SA. Just to replace the tinted windows and the headrest will cost me about R5000.00. You will think that when you purchase a car from a reputable company like BMW you will have the full backup and support from BMW SA seems that you don't. if I ever have to purchase another BMW
