Neglegence and theft for non repairable car

BMW dealer based in Gauteng Clearwater Roodepoort sold me a car that is beyond repairable ,with false information about it.with an airbag system that is not functioning ,in fact the car was in accident which they **** to me claiming that the car was not in accident. I'm warning people to be very care full when they buy any car from that Dealership. But I will take a legal route to open a case against them for negligence and theft
