Natis Document

Last year December 2018 I requested for a Natis Document i was told it's going to take 10 days for the document to be sent to me. last month (January 2019) i requested for the same document again and i am still waiting. I have been calling and told the document is awaiting a manger's signature. i have been communicating with BMW via their Legal department and twitter and i am promised that i am the document is being couriered. Today i was given a skynet tracking number only to find that the number doesn't exist on Skynet's sytem.
