Ñacl of costumer service

Bmw offers with in the service waranty. 3 years od oilchanger or 30 thousand miles whatever comes first. I did missed my first oil change wich sould have been done October 2022 due to an emergency ( death in the family which forced me to travel. However i callesñd the company and informed them before i traveles . They told me to get it right before i come bacl which i did. January 2023. Now the tell me that since i did not did the oil change at the time I will only be getting one oii chahe more which will only be 2 in total.
