My husband and I we bought a service around December and it was our first time buying , we thought the plan was good and we bought it for R30,000 so around February we expirianced some problem think that we are covered for 24months service but unfortunately we were told that the cover that we bought it is not it so we asked for refund since we won't need their service that was in february the case was opened and closed, so all I want is our R30, 000 back cos we won't use their service indeed this is a day light *******
