Motorplan suspended without any proof of accident

I have on Monday 04.05.2015 took my c are for an oil work, as requested by Debbie Schepers on 24.04.2015 when I took the car for service, Debbie then called to me tell me the car was in an accident, I asked when, and how did BMW not know when they re-registered the motorplan in February 2014, however today, I just find out that my car's motorplan is suspended upon Debie Schepers from AutoGlen's instruction as my car was in an accident on 05 May 2015, my car was never in an accident or reported to be. I just called ***and spoke to Bethuel who confirmed that definately my motorplan has been suspended, on what basis I dont know. I am reporting this matter to the media now. I emailed Sergio Quintall AutoGlen Manager, he never even had the courtesy to call me or respond to my email.
