Motorplan does not want to replace worn shocks

Bought my 320i M-Sport in 2012.Over the past 2 months the car has been getting increasingly harder on the road.I took it for service and ask them to check the car. When collecting the vehicle they advised that they only do a visual inspection and that no dealership has a shock test machine. I am very unhappy with this, as warn shock are very dangerous so I sent it back again, and again they only did a visual inspection. I asked BMW where I could take to do the vehicle to have it tested on a shock test machine and they advised that they normally use Autocrew, but after several attempts the conclusion was reached that they have closed down. I then took the vehicle to a Tyres & More to get result from a shock test machine and was advise & given a printout which shows that all the shocks need replacement. I then gave BMW this test printout but they said that some regional person will test drive the vehicle next month and then he will decide. To me this is unacceptable because how can you compare a persons option to a machine which has been solely designed to test shocks. Also the vehicle is under motor plan from BMW, this should not be a discussion.My shocks are worn, replace them!!
