Motor plan suspended due to a scratched car

My name is Luthando Sitho I’m owning a BMW X5 2015 model, I took my car for a service Tuesday the 18th and I was told my motor plan was suspended due to the scratch that I went to Dennis Edward panel beaters to do a quotation for then later I decided not to continue with it up until when I will be selling it. The scratch is got nothing to do with motor plan . But now up until now my vehicle is still with continental cars standing there , they would not be doing doing my service until I fix my scratches that I had since 2016 .
