Motor plan refund

<p>It's weeks since I waited for BMW to refund my money for motor extension. The motor plan couldnt couldnt get carried throguh because the car failed quality test. I returned the car to the the dealer and swapped it. I have since asked BMW to refund my money but nothing seems to be happening. I locked a case with BMW customer service and still today nothing is being done. My case no is ***</p>
