Montana BMW POOR SERVICE

Disgusted. They don't even deserve 1 star. We took the bike in 2 weeks ago today for a service and new key (Montana branch). After no communication, we initially heard it would take 3 days and all would be sorted.... Now 2 weeks later, we had to physically go to the shop to find out what was going on, only for them to scramble for papers, and guess what!? The service hasn't been done and they still don't have a key. The manager said "there's nothing I can do" with the biggest smirk and when we asked for the number of head office, he refused to give it, saying that we can only communicate with them. You take your bike to the dealer to get the best service, and you get this!? This is the last time we'll ever use your branch at Montana.
