I've tried to report an accident to BMW Finance current Insurance underwriter - GuardRisk.

I'm writing this review after trying to phone five times. The first two tries I was simply put through to an unattended claims department. The next try got me redirected to the commercial vehicle department, only to be transferred to the same unattended claims department. The next two tries the call was simply ended.

BMW, your current insurance underwriter does not appear to have a functional claims department.

Please assist?
