Mini Clubman returned with Defective Brakes and No Service after being booked in for four days

I was completely NOT satisfied with the service received not from BMW Constantia but from BMW directly. My car was booked in on Thursday 27th July after being at BMW Constantia two weeks ago (for two days as well) complaining of the fact that the brakes are making a noise and not responsive. It was washed down yet that didn't make a difference. I was told on Thursday that the workshop discovered the brakes needed to be replaced and the car will stay overnight. I incurred Uber costs of over R500 only to have my car returned with no oil service done, brakes not being replaced even though I had a motor plan(it expired on the 31st July) I am not driving a vehicle with brakes that are NOT responsive and making a noise.

I would like this to be escalated ASAP and would like BMW SA to let me understand why my vehicle was returned with no consideration of the fact that it is a huge safety concern and hazard as this is my brakes

To add to this, I just received the an email that my Mini is due for a service merely 4 days after it was there for two whole days (Four Days in fact for the month of July) and under motor plan still. Why was this service refused when clearly it was evident that the car required this service? The car was conveniently kept there for two days only to do absolutely nothing.

This is totally unacceptable and I deserve to be contacted with an action plan on the way forward
