Mini Branches don't fix wheel nut they stripped

Vehicle Was Taken to Mini Menlyn for a service, When collecting the car service consultant informed me the dealership that worked on the brakes; Auto Alpina Boksburg stripped the wheel nut. I must please take the car back to them to fix the nut. My response was the car is on motorplan why don't you just fit a new nut. <br> <br> However service consultant informs me that they cannot fix the wheel nut another garage stripped. <br> <br> So please customer, drive with your stripped nut in your door, rather than in the wheel where it belongs because at Menlyn we don't care for you safety and customer care. Take the car back to Auto Alpina Boksburg.
