Menlyn Auto - Very Poor

After a series of blunders, the final straw was the damaging of my steering wheel with a sharp object. BMW Menlyn Auto has apologised for the damage and have said they will replace the steering wheel. However, it has been more than 5 months that I have been receiving a run-around regarding the scarcity of the spare, etc.<br> <br> In addition, there is still work to do on the vehicle (open job card) since November 2014 that was paid for but has not been started.<br> <br> I have been using this branch for 3 vehicles over 8 years, but unfortunately the service has deteriorated.
