Melrose Arch BMW - Poor service

I purchased my BMW M4 from Melrose Arch Auto. I was told by the salesman and dealer principle that the damaged gear lever will be replaced and this was noted on the OTP. Almost four months later... I am told by the PA to Marc Simon.. managing director that he is not authorizing the replacement. This is really dissapointing from a BMW dealership, are these sales tactics from this dealership? No after sales service? wow.. really really dissapointing. I am hoping BMW South Africa can re-instate my positive thoughts on BMW's.
