lICENCING IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM

<p>I bought a Demo model 2-series BMW from SOUTH EAST Auto a year ago, i now can not renew my licence as my "new" BMW has to go through the test. Why? I paid over 5000.00 for licence and reg!!!! Upon phoning your call center im told its not BMW's problem. </p>
