<p>I wish I had enough space to write my entire story but sadley I dont . over 2 years ago I purchased a BMW for my wife to use as a ddaily drive for herself and our kids . We have recently decided that whilst the BMW is in good shape and has very low liledge that we will trade the car in and buy a more economical family vechicle . A few dealers offered us a decent trade-in on the car but ecventually came back and dropped our price completely as they say the car was involved in an accident . After investigating further I found that they were right and that BMW Autohaus in Balito sold me a car that was involved in an accident and DID NOT DISCLOSE this to me . Due to this note on their system , NO DEALER is prepared to give me a decent trade in . I approached Paul Naidoo of BMW and he at first seemed considerate and was shocked and was very apologetic , 4 weeks pass and today he tells me and I quote " there is no way of telling if the sales person disclosed this information to me , its his word against yours " WOW...WELDONE BMW , Very mart . Its shocking how you give us the little people hope and then take it away just because you can . I wont stop here because your BMW managers promised they would assist me after they had heard my story and then decided they would kick me because it was too much for them . Amazing how 4 weeks ago BMW was apologetic and prepared to assist and today they basically tell me to go to hell .</p>
