Left stranded after taking my car for service

I always thought BMW Northcliff was the best until yesterday when I took my car in for service and I was left stranded because their driver did not come pick me up to collect my car when I had made arrangements for the shuttle to drop me off and pick me up to collect. I spent over 20minutes being transferred from one department to another until ****pm. I was stranded not knowing what to do standing outside my work place with the security. When I went the following day to pick up my car no one cared or showed remorse with what happened or atleast give me an explanation on why a driver wasn't sent to pick me up as arranged. I'm really disappointed with the service I received. The anxiety and emotional stress it caused me knowing that we live in a country where women are not safe. Having past traumatic experiences of using ehailing services I found myself in a position of having to re-live my trauma because I was ubered home and the next morning to get my car. No one cared at BMW Northcliff. I used to recommend it to my family and colleagues but after this experience. I'll never nor take my car there. I always travel from South Hills to BMW Northcliff because I trusted in them leaving BMW The South which is literally 10mins away because I trusted them better
