Lack urgency regarding my safety

I encountered 3 accidents last year, 2 front bumper replacements and 1 third party smash to my right passenger door. All repairs on my BMW was done Autobahn Repair centre. <br> I however have taken my vehicle in on 4 occasions regarding a warning of my driver restraint system coming up. Initially a diagnostics was done, and my entire seat belt unit replaced at my insurance cost. The warning sign has continued subsequently. At my own cost, time and inconvenience, i have left the vehicle at Autobahn on 2 occasions to have the matter resolved. The warning sign persists. I have notified Autobahn 2 weeks ago, and there has been no urgent effort to contact me and resolve the matter as clearly my safety is of no concern to BMW.<br> On the verge of requiring to replace my vehicle, this experience has lost my faith in the BMW brand. If not BMW, who else should best be able to resolve a BMW issue. Its extremely sad to note how delayed this entire matter has been dealt with, considering i have exercised patience and my own inconvenience of not having my car on 3 separate occasions to resolve the driver restraint warning.
