Lack of service in full

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a car, 1 series ********** model, in July 2015 form Sizakele who used to work at randburg club motors. The car was registered in a company and the disc only came in Oct 21st after a long fight with Siza. At first i did not know that the disc should be accompanied with onewrship certificate since i bought it cash. Now i have been in contact with BMW, Bouwer Bekker an dGram however they told me that they are not finding anythign from Siza's file. I currently want to change ownership of the same car but without the certificate, I am at a dead end. Both Bouwer and Gram said they dont promise to give me anything. Iwent to the traffic department in limpopo and i was told the papers are with the car delaer nad they will not issue a new one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist inresolving this matter for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Malebo ********** 826</p>
