LACK OF SERVICE BMW

<p>2 sundays ago i called and reqeusted the services of the BMW "ON CALL" when i woke up to a flat tyre. the service as described by the on call agent was that a technician would be located and would be sent with a loan tyre which would be fitted and i would return the loan as soon as i have sorted out mine. after 3 hours i phoned in to check on the service and how far the technician was, i was then told that they were still trying to locate one, an hour later i was called and informed that no technician was available as the techy on call was involved in an accident and that we should reschedule the service for the Monday morning, i agreed - i assume that as per BMW ON CALL track records im still stuck on the side of the road somewhere as i never heard from them again and no follow up to the call was ever made with me. i wouldve expected a higher level of service from BMW. i was really shocked as i had never used the service in the 10years i have driven their cars.</p>
