Lack of communication

Placed a holding deposit for a vehicle, took a day to send all the paperwork through by email (told it was never received), the next phone call I received was a request for banking details to refund my deposit as the vehicle had been sold. No follow ups or any communication from the salesman before selling the vehicle to enquire whether I was still serious or why haven't they received any paperwork. Shocking lack of communication!
