Kimberley BMW

My BMW 320d was due for service. Rear break pads and the disks plus engine oil service. I booked my car for service at BMW Kimerley for the 18/12/2020. At the end of the day the service cost me R12000 but i ask them to cancel the breakpads and the brealdisks for now and only do the oil service. That cost me R6250. When my child went to pick up the car, the oil light came on, there was a oil leakage. I call BMW KBY, a machanic was send out. The machanic on standby came and he said that it is the oil cooler seal that popped. My child was forced to buy a 5 litre of oil for R500 to top up as he gose. He could not drove to the place he booked himself in gor the night so he eas stranded and lost that money also. The next morning a friend of mine who is a machanic saw that the oil is leaking from the oilfilter unit. The Bmw machanic came back and replace the seal that was never been replace. BMW Kimberley is giving bad service. My child was also stranded in Kimberley for we are staying in Kuruman.
