Just want to buy a BMW

For the entire week, I have been calling them regarding a car I would like to buy. After I left at least 5 messages at reception for someone to call me back I eventually go hold of one of their sales guys this was on Wednesday he said he will check what stock they have available and will get back to me that afternoon, I am still waiting for his call. Yesterday I called again, another sales person helped me. Again, he said he will call me back later the afternoon and I am still waiting. I can’t believe a company like BMW treat their clients that way. I will recommend using one of their other dealerships, I have been driving BMW’s for the last 15 year and have never received this kind of service.
