Just sales, ZERO service!

Absolutely useless after sales service. I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Cristo Smit of Sovereign BMW South Africa. On numerous occasions I have called, sent emails, sent Whatsapps, but I practically have to beg the guy to get back to me.

On 5 seperate occasions Cristo promised to get back to me and I am still to hear anything. He promises to get back to me by the end of the day on each occasion but never does. All he has to do is let me know whether or not I am getting a refund for the tyre that was patched before they sold me my car. The tyre was never supposed to be patched, and thus I believe that BWM should give me a new tyre as they gave me a defective product. Can it be so hard? I sent through the photos of the tyre on the 8th of October and still no feedback. Today is the 31st of October!

Even during the registration process of the car I had to follow up numerous times just to get a damn number plate.

Whatever you do, don't go to Sovereign Bloemfontein, they just want to punt a car to you, they don't give a damn about service afterwards.
