JUDGEMENT ON ITC

I submitted an application for finance for a vehicle and all banks declined my application because there is a judgement on my Credit record. I contacted Trans Union and they explained to me that there is a Judgement submitted by BMW SA for Goods Delivered to me to the amount of +/-R26k.

I contacted BMW Financial Services and they confirmed that they do not have any records of such on my name and I should contact BMW SA. I then contacted BMW SA and they confirmed that nothing reflects on their system and I should call BMW Legal Services. I then contacted Legal and Recoveries Services which ALSO confirmed that they could not locate anything on my name and ID number.

I then submitted a dispute with Trans Union to clear the judgement. I then went back to BMW Financial Services to assist me with the finance as I was trying to Finance a BMW from an approved dealer and I am unable to get finance because of the shenanigans from BMW themselves, which they themselves are unable to explain to me. All I want is finance until BMW can sort this mess with Trans Union or can atleast give a proper explanation to what the Goods are and Where were they delivered and who received R26k worth of goods on my name because I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY GOODS THAT CAME FROM BMW.

I am still not getting any joy in this application. Kindly assist me in this regards.
