Jack up your service! SMG PMB

<p>I don't know where to start when it comes to SMG PMB. From the young gentlemen from the finance department with a very lazy attitude towards customers to the service department managers. A 2014 BMW X3 with only 42000kms on the clock spending over a month in the work shop only to be partially repaired. And the bad attitude from the female service advisor who refused to issue a courtesy car during the period of repair. What you guys don't understand is that when people spend that kind of money on a vehicle they expect good service from the dealerships. Oh and also when you go looking for a second hand vehicle on the floor don't expect a salesman to walk out and assist you!</p>
