Is BMW SA a ***** or is it the Rustenburg dealership?

I bought my BMW X2 S drive 2018 model last year end of Jan, it was a demo and had travelled just above 18000 km. I had just started working and I was excited about the car. But to be honest, ever simce I started driving the car I never got the chance to enjoy if. Every now and then I have to take the car in for service, there are part that were replaced which I belive it was too soon for the part to be changed on such a new vehicle. It needed some mini paint work when I bought it and even today it is still not done. I had to replace one tyre before I even drove it for 6 months.. It still continues to give me problems and I always have to put up a fight with the dealership in Rustenburg before I get help.. I strongly believe that either there was something wrong with the car from the factory or it was abused while it was a demo.. but who would have thought since it had only travelled 18000km at the time. Is BWM SA a ***** or is it the dealership.. I want the car gone and BMW must take that car because trading it in and taking a new car would only mean I am passing on my problems to the poor next owner... That BMW really spoilt my 1st car experience as a young professional and most of all it made me rethink BMW as a brand..
