Inhumane service and disrespect for a customer

BMW has lost its humility. They treated me very badly and I hope no customer under goes that treatment. My Car was fixed at one of their repair centres, they swapped my original tyre and installed an incorrect Tyre on my car, a trye which was not run flat, a Tyre with three Tyre punctures as advised by a Tyre Mart upon inspection of the tyre. When I alerted them of this error instead of being human one of their consultants fights with me. I lost a full day of work trying to sort out an issue which I never caused. I hope BMW will return to the BMW we know which respects customers.
