incredible service

Im the first to complain when service is bad! but wow what incredible service from fors****s bmw in pine town. i can't actually compliment them enough. from the service advisor to the technician to the service manager to the dealer principal.<br> i had only had my car for a week and the bearing went which in turn meant i needed to have the engine replaced.<br> there were no excuses no hums and has and maybe. it took them only a week to source me a new engine, constantly gave me feedback and had the car back in a hurry.<br> <br> thank you to everyone at bmw pine town.<br> this is the reason you buy a bmw. i was not just a customer, ifealt part of the bmw family.<br> not only amazing cars but amazing people who care.<br> <br> thanks again. steven, rutesh,hoosen and dave white
