I thought the accredited BMW repair centers were listed for excellent service and trusted repair centers ? Why is Sandton auto repair center accredited when they can't even do a complete repair job, my car was towed to their workshop 20 March 2018 after a Tyre burst and small damage to the bumper, this process took almost 3 weeks no communication by the repair center I had to constantly follow up eventually after putting pressure on them to complete my car, they gave me an incomplete car but I still had to pay access to get my car as my rental had expired already. Till date they have not replaced my tow cap that they lost during repairs, they have since delivered the wrong tow cap on 3 occasions am still waiting for resolution meantime I have to drive around with a car that has a hole at the back bumper...how untidy. Pene the manager at this center has not been following through with this escalation and I have to constantly contact her for action, this is utter nonsense and unacceptable!
