i like how bmw treats clients

dropped my car off at bmw on Tuesday made a booking for monday fell ill so i ended up dropping it of on tuesday long story short on thursday when i called to enquire about how far my car was i was told that they have not even started with it. i have never experienced service like that with mercedes benz this bad service definitly put a bad taste in my mouth and it will be the last bmw i ever buy.<br> <br> not that it makes a difference to bmw <br> ***
