Horrifically bad.

I tried getting hold of parts dept at Bmw Clearwater 19/10/2026. I was advised by their call center no-one was available as they were all on lunch. I left amessage to be called back, this never happened. I called back the next morning, i could not get hold of the manager of parts or the dealer principal. I contact BMW SA to complain about the appalling service. The lady there was very apologetic and promised she will get to the bottom of this, lo and behold i have not heard a peep from from them. IS THE GERMAN ENGINEERING WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST. When you drive a Bmw with the price tag it has, this is the last thing you expect. Ridiculous, i can now understand why there are such a lot of Chinese cars on our roads.
