Horrible Service Time to Change Brands

Sent the BMW M135 in for been very unstable, the first time all they did was put it on a machine and then rest all the tyre pressures. Had to book it in again , after many attempts in liaison with BMW SA they could not sort issue out. On receiving the car I notice that they had also damaged the rear bumper. They had obviously reversed into something. They also used half a tank of petrol.<br> <br> They said they would rectify this issue , subsequent to he someone rear ended me and when I called in to let them know I cannot make the new appointment , I was basically told in not so many words that they were let off from initially repairing the bumper. Horrible service , I will never use them again for both my vehicle. I'm actually considering changing brands to a more accommodating and understanding brand
