Horrible service BMW South Africa - BMW cedar square stole parts from my engine in their premises

I took my car to BMW cedar square for diagnose due to oil leakage that messed up the engine. The car insurance sent 3 assesors at BMW cedaar square, insurance eventually declined the claim. After declining the claim the car insurance declined to pay for storage requesting the BMW cedar square to remove the car from their premises. The car was at BMW cedar square for 2 months. The car insurance eventually paid fro storage and was asked to remove the car from BMW cedar square. I used the BMW cedar square isle trusted tow truck from BMW cedar square to my house. When the car arrived at my house the engine parts were not all assembled, some parts were in the boot, some parts loose in the engine. The car was in my locked up garage for 4 months due to not having money to fix it. I asked a mechanic to come to my house to check the car at my presense. He was shocked to see that the following parts were missing: sump sensor, 1 coil pack and aircon compressor. The following parts were broken: vacum pipe and fromt boost pipe. I phoned BMW cedar square to lodge a complain about the missing parts. They advised me to put it in writing and send the pic of the bonnet which I did. They didnt respond back for 3 days I eventually phoned them and they said they can vouch that their staff will never ***** parts. I decided to call BMW South africe to lodge a complain. They said their turnaround time is 24 hours, they didnt call me back for 3 days. I called them after 3 days. A customer care agent named Ali Kganane arranged conference call with the BMW cedar square Service manager named Justine James, call referece number is: ********** 204. The service manager Justine James said that he will not be paying for those parts as the car left their premises 4 months back. Ali said his closing this complaint just like that without no proof from Justine James that shows that the engine was checked to ensure that no parts were missing when the car left their premises. BMW South africa and BMW cedar square dont care about their clients . They not trsutworthy.

BMW South Africa and BMW Cedar square have not responded to date for my complaint which was lodged on 10 Aug 2017. Shows how they don't care about their customers.
