HORRIBLE SERVICE: BMW City

I purchased a vehicle from BMW Cape Town City and has since returned the vehicle because it was faulty. The sale was done on the 4 March 2023 and the vehicle was returned on the 20th March 2023. I have made contact with all the relevant departments, however their is no SOLUTION from their SIDE. The c FINANCE DEPARTMENT was not made aware of this, so now I am facing the Music!!!
