Horrible service and *********** staff shocking!

I received a horrible service today from BMW Midrand, especially from the production manager, I brought my car for service which they refused to service it saying that it overlap with 154Km from moto plan and those km I drove the car from yesterday after booking the car and today in morning when I was taking to be serviced. I asked them was I supposed to hire a truck to take my car there so that it will remain under the under 100 km. To me it seemed like they only care about my money not helping, I will never buy BMW again due to the experience I got today shocking. The errors I am receiving were there before 100 000km of which this could've been fixed by the motor plan
